ok, that email subject is not some deliberate marketing ploy, I have had some people get in touch to say they had problems with the link I sent for the free pdf download earlier today.

If you also had a problem (i.e. the link didn't work for any reason) PLEASE could you let me know what web browser you're using?

and the version would be useful as well if you know it, it's usually under the "Help" menu and then "About".
