'Qualifier': this is only going to be of interest to you if you have more than one blog, if you've got lots of blogs it will be a massive time saver for you...

if you run more than a couple of blogs then the constant updates to Wordpress can be an absolute nightmare to keep up with, this plugin solves the problem.
it will allow you to update not only WP version itself, but all the plugins and themes on any of your blogs.
the plugin also allows you to install plugins and themes across any/all of your blogs, again all from the one central area.
