Hi,

using Google Plus can not only help boost your branding, it can make a big difference to your sites "authority" in Google, meaning you can end up with higher ranks in the search results.

and with the new "authorship" stuff you can also get a cool little pic of yourself (or your 'logo') next to your search results, which will increase the clicks you get!
