being a bit of a "lazy git" I'm always looking for ways to do the work once and get paid a residual income over and over and over again...

one of most reliable ways of doing this that I've found is picking up "type in" traffic domains and parking them with a paid parking service.

if that all sounded a bit "double dutch" to you then don't worry, I just found a book that explains it in a ways that's real easy to follow, as well as showing you how you can make 10 to 100X profit from these domains by "flipping" them, think "buy cheap, sell high"!

Note: The book does mention (but not recommend) a service called WhyPark. I tested this service out a while back and the domains I had with them were hit by a pagerank 0 penalty from google, so steer clear of them and stick to the one's the book does recommend, like Sedo.co.uk (my favorite).
